CROP & RESIZELOCAL ONLY

Crop with your hands, not numbers.

Open an image, drag the box and resize it from any corner. Then choose the output width.

PNG or JPG · up to 50 MB · no upload
Open an image, drag the crop box, then export the result.
THREE SMALL EDITS

A crop you can see.

01 / OPEN

Bring an image.

PNG, JPG, WebP or another format your browser can decode. The file never leaves the tab.

02 / DRAG

Move and resize the box.

Drag inside the box to reposition it. Pull any corner to resize; lock 1:1, 16:9, 9:16 or 4:3 when the destination needs it.

03 / EXPORT

Choose the output width.

Height follows the crop. Leave the width blank to keep the crop size, or type a target and let the browser resample.

WHAT STAYS TRUE

Pixels, not promises.

01

The ratio is yours.

A locked ratio is enforced while dragging corners, so a 16:9 crop never drifts into a near-miss.

02

No forced upscaling.

Leaving the width empty keeps the original crop pixels. Typing a larger width is an intentional resample, not a hidden default.

03

Local canvas export.

PNG keeps transparency; JPG is smaller and offers a quality control. Both are encoded on this device.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you crop.

Does cropping reduce quality?

Cropping alone does not resample anything: the selected pixels are copied. Changing the output width does resample, and enlarging cannot restore detail the source did not have.

Can I crop to an exact size?

Set the aspect ratio first, then enter the output width. The height is derived from the crop ratio and capped at 8192 pixels on either edge.

Which formats can I open?

Anything the browser can decode as an image, typically PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF (first frame) and AVIF in newer browsers. Images up to 50 MB are accepted.

Does PNG keep transparency?

Yes, as long as the source has an alpha channel and the crop area includes it. JPG cannot store transparency.

Is my image uploaded?

No. The image is decoded and drawn to a local canvas. There is no media upload endpoint or account.
